Scope

Citywide HIV charity (legal name Ribbon Community Society, renamed March 2024 from AIDS Vancouver). VCH Part G bills AIDS Vancouver in 2019–2020 and Ribbon Community Society in 2025. Positive Living Society's 2017–2020 VCH line is kept on that agency — the 2025 Ribbon figure is not split back. Government health contracts are society-wide, not DTES-only.
